We don’t rely on guesswork. Every aerodynamic component is developed using advanced 3D laser scanning of the original vehicle chassis. We CNC-machine our own metal molds and conduct rigorous test-fitting on actual cars before mass production begins.
Our production lead times are optimized based on order volume and component complexity. Sample orders and prototypes typically require 5–10 business days, while full-scale mass production runs take 2–4 weeks. We never rush the autoclave curing or QC processes to ensure every part meets our uncompromising standards.
Yes. We provide end-to-end bespoke manufacturing for B2B clients. From reverse engineering and 3D scanning to final autoclave production, we can develop custom aerodynamic components based on your technical drawings, 3D CAD models, or specific performance requirements (including custom weave patterns, thicknesses, and clear coat finishes).
For rapid and accurate engineering quotes, we prefer industry-standard 3D CAD formats, including STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), and STL. We also accept detailed 2D technical drawings in PDF or DXF formats. Our engineering team will promptly review your files and provide a comprehensive manufacturing proposal.
Delivery timelines are calculated as: Production Lead Time + Shipping Time.
In-Stock Components: Dispatched within 3–5 business days. Express Air Freight (FedEx/DHL/UPS) takes an additional 5–7 business days to arrive.
Out-of-Stock & Bulk Orders: After the standard 2–4 weeks mass production time, bulk orders are typically shipped via Ocean Freight (LCL/FCL), which takes 25–35 days to reach your destination port. We assist with optimized palletizing to minimize your landed costs.
